01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is important because they are used throughout this document to describe the parties, services, and obligations involved in using the det999 platform.

• "det999" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform" — refers to det999 and the online casino and sports betting services accessible at det999.app and any associated mobile applications or progressive web applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "user" — refers to any individual who has registered a det999 account or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the personal registered account created by a player through the det999 registration process, used to access all platform services.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by a player into their det999 account using any accepted payment method, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT, BTC, Visa, or Mastercard.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits awarded by det999 to a player's account, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before the associated funds or winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and document verification process required of players before withdrawal of funds above specified thresholds.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all games, betting markets, payment processing, account management, and customer support functions available through det999.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency denomination used on the det999 platform for display and transaction purposes.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of det999 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or det999 policy.

References to statutes, regulations, or other legal instruments shall be construed as references to those instruments as they may be amended or replaced from time to time. Headings used in this document are for convenience only and do not affect its interpretation.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of det999 is conditional upon each player meeting all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform.

Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any activity offered through det999. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. det999 does not knowingly permit minors to use its services and takes active steps to verify the age of players at the time of registration and during the KYC verification process.

Age Verification Process. det999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the operation of an account. Acceptable forms of age and identity documentation include, but are not limited to: a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence bearing a date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by det999 will result in account suspension and the withholding of any withdrawal request until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under any form of legal incapacity, court-ordered restriction, or guardianship arrangement that would prevent you from entering into contracts.

Geographic Restrictions. det999 primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether access to det999 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are connecting. det999 makes no representation that its services are legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law should not register or use the platform.

Self-Exclusion Compliance. You must not attempt to register or use det999 if you have previously requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period from det999 and that exclusion period remains active. Registering a new account during an active self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria described above and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

03 Account Registration and Security

Registration Process. To access the full range of det999 services, players must complete the account registration process by providing accurate personal information including a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and a valid mobile number. det999 may require additional information during the KYC verification process prior to processing withdrawal requests.

Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or an email address belonging to another person — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one det999 account at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through the use of different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where det999 identifies duplicate accounts, all affected accounts will be closed and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. det999 strongly recommends that players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through the Account Security settings panel. You must not share your login details with any other person. det999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account that arises from a player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify det999 support immediately via live chat or email. det999 will suspend the account upon receipt of a credible security concern while an investigation is conducted.

Account Transferability. det999 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or the funds within it to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Inactivity. An account that has not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. det999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied and will have the opportunity to reactivate their account by logging in.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods. det999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and det999 reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time with reasonable notice to players.

Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount on det999 is ৳200. There is no single-transaction maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits that apply independently of det999's rules. Deposits are credited to the player's Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts or wallets that the player has previously used to make a deposit, or to accounts that have been verified as belonging to the player during the KYC process. det999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Processing Times. det999 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes for KYC-verified accounts: bKash and Nagad — within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours; Rocket and Upay — within 30 minutes; USDT and BTC — within 10 minutes of broadcast to the relevant blockchain network; bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank) — within one business day. These timeframes are targets and may be affected by factors outside det999's control, including payment provider processing delays.

Currency and Conversion. det999 operates primarily in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) for display and transaction purposes. Crypto deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. det999 applies a conversion rate that may include a small spread; the applicable rate is displayed at the time of deposit.

Transaction Records. A complete record of all deposits and withdrawals made from a det999 account is available in the Transaction History section of the player's account dashboard. Players are encouraged to review this record regularly and to notify support of any discrepancy within 30 days of the transaction date.

Player Funds. Funds deposited by players are held separately from det999's operational funds. det999 does not use player deposits to fund its own business operations. In the event of a dispute regarding a player's account balance, the transaction records maintained by det999 shall be determinative in the absence of manifest error.

Responsibility for Charges. Players are responsible for any charges imposed by their own bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment intermediary in connection with deposits or withdrawals. det999 does not charge transaction fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals made through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, but reserves the right to introduce processing fees with reasonable advance notice to players.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Terms. det999 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, cashback on live casino losses, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar including the BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise, all bonus amounts and free-spin winnings credited to a det999 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Players must wager the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus the qualifying deposit amount) the specified number of times before the bonus balance or associated winnings convert to withdrawable Real Money Balance.

Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. det999 reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions at its sole discretion, including in cases where there is reason to believe a player is engaging in bonus abuse.

Bonus Abuse. det999 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and using automated software to complete wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, det999 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the player's account.

Expiry of Bonuses. All bonuses and free spins are subject to an expiry period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spin credits that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not met, within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.

Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. det999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to an ongoing promotion will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts in good standing prior to the effective date of the change.

06 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

Acceptance of Bets. det999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed the maximum stake limits set for a particular market, bets placed after an event has concluded, and bets placed on suspended or closed markets. Where a bet is declined, any staked funds will be returned to the player's account.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and game types on det999. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface before a bet is confirmed. det999 may apply lower individual limits to specific players at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Void Bets. A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned; a market being offered in error; incorrect odds being published due to a system error; or settlement of a bet being impossible due to force majeure events. Voided bets result in the return of the staked amount to the player's account.

Manifest Errors. Where det999 identifies that a bet has been accepted, settled, or a payout processed as a result of a clear and obvious error — including pricing errors, system faults, or incorrect event data — det999 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and recover any overpaid amounts from the player's account balance. This right applies regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time the bet was placed.

Game Integrity. All slot games and virtual table games on the det999 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by the originating game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. det999 does not modify RNG outputs or adjust game RTPs from the studio-certified defaults. Return-to-player percentages for available games are published on the relevant game information pages.

Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets on cricket, football, and other sporting events are subject to real-time odds changes. Bets placed during live events are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment the bet is confirmed by the system, which may differ from the odds at the time the player initiated the bet request due to the speed of live market movements. det999 cannot guarantee that any specific odds will remain available during the processing of a bet request.

Responsible Gambling During Play. Players are encouraged to use det999's session time reminders and deposit limit tools to help manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible at any time from the Account Settings panel without the need to contact support.

07 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

det999 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraudulent activity, cheating, and misuse of its platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, recovery of any funds already withdrawn, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Fraudulent payment activity — including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or providing false payment details.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker formats, or any other game type to gain an unfair advantage over det999 or other players.
• Use of automated software — deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the det999 platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities — deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the det999 platform to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings that would not otherwise be payable.
• Money laundering — using det999 accounts to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. det999 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.
• Bonus abuse — systematic or coordinated exploitation of det999 promotions, including through the use of multiple accounts or through low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds to withdrawable balances without genuine play intent.
• Misrepresentation of identity — using a false name, another person's identity documents, or any deceptive means to pass KYC verification or to circumvent an active self-exclusion.
• Prohibited jurisdiction access — accessing det999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, particularly through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services to mask a true geographic location.

det999 uses a range of technical and manual controls to identify prohibited conduct. Where det999 reasonably suspects that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may freeze the relevant account immediately and conduct an investigation before deciding on the appropriate action. Players under investigation will be notified by email and will have the opportunity to provide a response before a final decision is made, except in cases where notification itself would compromise the integrity of the investigation.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by the Player. Players may request the closure of their det999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support at det999.app. Before a closure request is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion, problem gambling concerns, or a desire to take a cooling-off break — should indicate this clearly when making their closure request so that the support team can apply the appropriate safeguards. Closure by det999. det999 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a required timeframe; chargebacks initiated against deposits; or regulatory or legal requirements. Where an account is closed by det999 due to a breach by the player, any balances within the account may be forfeited.

Effects of Closure. Upon closure of an account — whether by the player or by det999 — access to all platform services will be revoked. Transaction history records will be retained by det999 for a period of seven years in accordance with standard data retention practices. Players may request a copy of their transaction history for up to five years prior to closure by contacting support.

Reinstatement. Accounts closed for administrative reasons or at the player's own request for non-responsible-gaming reasons may be eligible for reinstatement at det999's discretion upon the player's request and subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts closed as a result of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms will not be eligible for reinstatement under any circumstances.
